The inspector in the mixer equipment inspection, first of all to check whether it has the appropriate exhaust system and safety device, to ensure its safety; Secondly, it should be checked whether the heating and cooling system is effective, whether the temperature measurement system can work properly, whether the accuracy meets the requirements, to ensure the control of the rubber mixing temperature; Third, it should be checked whether there is a timing device in line with the requirements to ensure the control of glue mixing time; Fourth, in the mixing process of the mixer, the mixing room is closed, the rubber is closed on the top bolt in the mixing room, to check whether the pressure on the top bolt meets the requirements, check whether the pressure gauge of the mixer meets the requirements; Fifth, the use of a period of time after the rotor type mixer, but also check the control of the enterprise on the rotor clearance, to ensure that the quality of mixing glue is effectively controlled.

In addition, the control of the mixing process of the mixer should also be checked according to the requirements, including the confirmation of the conformity between the operating procedures of the equipment and the actual production activities, especially the conformity confirmation of the process parameters and the actual production process.
