Precautions for different fire hose interfaces

Fire hose mainly includes hose interface, pipe tooth interface, valve cover, internal thread fixed interface, external thread fixed interface, reduced diameter interface, special-shaped interface, etc. Precautions are as follows:

(1) When in use or storage, avoid falling, hitting and heavy objects to avoid deformation and difficulty in installation and disassembly.

(2) Before connection, carefully check the chute and sealing parts, such as sludge and sand and other debris must be removed, so as to avoid poor sealing and installation and disassembly difficulties.

(3) When connecting the inner buckle interface, the claw should be inserted into the chute and then tightened in place in a clockwise direction. When connecting the water belt, the water belt should also be straightened to prevent the distortion of the water belt and make the interface free by itself.

④ When connecting a plug-in port, insert or remove the plug-in until you hear the sound of the spring pin on the female interface of the plug-in inserted into the slot of the male interface card of the plug-in.

⑤ When stored, contact with acid, alkali and other chemical substances should be avoided to prevent corrosion of metal parts and deterioration of rubber sealing rings.
